We’re excited to introduce you to the newest member of the Shine Ortho Studio family--Dr. Alissa Tran! With 24 years of orthodontic experience and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve beautiful, confident smiles, Dr. Tran brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth, and expertise to our practice.

Dr. Tran earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University School of Dentistry, followed by her orthodontic residency and Master of Science at the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dentistry. Throughout her career, she has specialized in a wide range of orthodontic treatments, from traditional braces to clear aligners, helping patients of all ages feel confident and cared for at every stage of their smile journey.

What sets Dr. Tran apart is her highly personalized approach to care. She believes that every patient deserves to fully understand their treatment options and feel empowered in their decisions. She takes the time to listen, explain, and tailor each plan to fit the patient’s unique needs, lifestyle, and goals.

Outside the office, Dr. Tran leads a vibrant and active life. She loves traveling, playing tennis and golf, hiking, baking, and spending time with her two sons and their pets. She’s also passionate about giving back to the community and looks forward to getting involved locally to support dental health awareness and outreach efforts.
